The Office of Hawaiian Education (OHE) in partnership with Maui schools and community invite you to join us for the 4th annual Nā Hopena Aʻo (HĀ) summit. This year's theme asks participants to explore what it means to be the best for and with their communities. Each experience throughout the summit will connect to this theme and help participants ground in the importance of striving for excellence in all that we do as Hawaiʻi. During this year’s summit, the Maui schools and community welcome you to learn about what moʻolelo and traditions help them to achieve excellence and build a sense of collective pride in their community so that you are inspired to do the same for your own island home.
